POLITCS OF REFUNDS ,EXCHENGES AND SHIPMENTS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@minimacrylics.com and send your item to our offices.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our offices.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping
We know that when you place an order, as soon as you click on the last button, you are already looking forward to receiving it at home. For this reason, we are committed to:

  • All orders placed and paid before 14:00h, will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday)*.
  • After 14:00h, orders will be shipped the next day*.
    The estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours from the time the order is shipped.
    If you need an urgent or Saturday delivery, please let us know at info@minimacriclycs.com and we will inform you of the special rates.
  • Delivery in 48/72h: –commits to deliver the package within 72h maximum. The delivery person can come to the address both in the morning and in the afternoon.
    Each package has a tracking number that will be provided to you so that you can track it.
    Price of the service: 4,90€.
    NOTE: If the courier does not find the customer at home, he will leave a notification for the collection of the package at the corresponding office.

Deliveries to Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
We send to these destinations by registered post.
The package will be sent to the address you indicate and in case the postman passes by and there is no one at home, he will leave a note for you to pick it up at the office in your area.


The time of reception varies depending on the destination, although you will usually receive it between 3 and 5 working days.


We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can always know where your order is.

  • Balearic Islands: 6,90€.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 9,90€.
    VERY IMPORTANT: We need your ID to make these shipments. Don’t forget to fill it in when you register. Without your ID number we cannot make these shipments.

EUROPE: They are sent by registered post. Delivery time is 4 to 7 days (depending on the country). Cost: 11,90€.


USA AND CANADA: They are sent by registered post. Delivery time is 7 to 10 days (depending on the country). Cost: 16,90€.


CENTRAL AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, ASIA AND OCEANIA: Sent by registered post. Delivery time is 10 to 15 days (depending on the country). Cost: 25,90€.

MINIM cannot be held responsible for delays or problems caused by the courier company. Should this occur, we would be grateful if you could contact us if there is a delay in delivery by DELIVERY COMPANY, so that we can inform our sales representative and help you to locate your shipment and find out the possible cause of the delay.


MINIM will only be responsible for possible delivery errors when these are due to an error on our part. If an order is returned due to an error on our part, we will assume the costs and reship it at no additional charge.


MINIM shall not be held responsible for errors caused in delivery when it is due to the customer registering the wrong address (wrong address, incomplete address, or postal code that does not correspond) and the order cannot be delivered due to an unknown address, DELIVERY COMPANY will resend it back to us.

The customer will have to pay the shipping costs again if he/she wants us to resend it to him/her. Under no circumstances is the first delivery charge refundable.
